This is a class website for the Programming class at the Jackson Area Career Center, which focuses on Mobile Development -- Apps and Games.
The main tool we are using this year is Corona SDK. It allows us to make apps and games for iOS and Android devices while using the same project code. Our lab is all PC's and two Macs. We need the Macs in order to test and publish to iOS.
Within our cluster (3 classes: Programming, Networking & Systems), first-year students will rotate each six weeks for the first semester. For second semester, students will choose (with our input) which area they want to learn advanced skills in.
